Set to launch early next year, tendy aims to bring “responsible investing” to the next generation.
WealthKernel is partnering with educational investment platform for UK teenagers, tendy.
The educational investment platform aims to boost financial literacy with a focus on teenagers and will use the fintech’s core investing infrastructure, including trading and custody services, fractional stocks and ETFs.
Co-founded by CEO Jamie Collie and CTO Alex Bonnet, tendy provides young people with “Duolingo-style learning activities around investing” that can be monitored my parents who can open investment accounts for their children and approve their purchase requests.
“tendy is the first educational investing platform for UK teens. Our mission is to bring responsible investing to the next generation,” Collie said.
“WealthKernel was the natural choice for us given its stellar reputation for powering disruptive fintech platforms.”
WealthKernel will power tendy’s investing services and enable it to focus on launching its app early next year to more than 5000 waitlist customers.
