The SME-focused direct lending platform is seeing increasing demand and is growing its loan book.
Direct lending platform Spotcap has appointed Andrew Caulfield (pictured) as its new senior underwriter.
The new hire brings Spotcap team to more than 130 employees globally. Caulfield has six years of experience in risk management including most recently with P2P lending platform RateSetter in the UK and AIB (Allied Irish Banks) before this. .
At Spotcap, he will be responsible for assessing the credentials of companies looking for an unsecured business loan using Spotcap’s in-house developed machine learning technology.
