David is the CEO and Co-Founder of CommonBond, a leading marketplace lending platform that lowers the cost of student loans for borrowers and provides financial returns to investors. David is responsible for setting strategy on creating a superior borrower experience. Prior to CommonBond, David worked in consumer finance at American Express, as Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development. David started his professional career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. David graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in Politics, Economics and International Business, and attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
