Adam is a Principal at Oliver Wyman’s Sydney office and has been co-leading the Retail and Business Banking practice locally since his relocation to Australia in 2016. Adam has a long management consulting experience with McKinsey in the financial services sector in Europe, serving global and regional FIs on a wide array of strategic and operational topics. He combines expertise in different areas of banking (retail, SME and corporate business, risk, capital markets) as well as designed and led several transformational change management and lean operational effectiveness programs. Adam has direct experience with building business start-ups and holds a PhD in Finance.
