Jonathan is a partner in RSM’s corporate finance team with 20 years due diligence experience. RSM is one of the leading international accounting firms focused on the middle market. Jonathan has been closely involved in alternative finance since its formative years, leading more than a dozen completed projects for investors such as Victory Park Capital, ESF Capital and GLI Finance. More recently, Jonathan and the RSM team have seen renewed interest from traditional private equity in specialty lending, acting for Spring Ventures and Mobeus PE on their investments in receivables lenders IGF and Factor 21. Jonathan plays a leading role in RSM’s award-winning AltFi sector team, advising businesses and making introductions to other specialists within RSM, including regulation, standby services, tax and business services.
