Marielle joined PEXA in May 2013 and is currently Chief Financial Services Officer. Marielle has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Service sector. Prior to joining PEXA, Marielle held numerous roles within the Institutional Banking division at National Australia Bank, where her client portfolio over the three years consisted of flagship Australian and multinational retail, consumer, agriculture and Government clients. Marielle was responsible for ensuring that the complex banking needs of both the clients and division were delivered locally and globally. Marielle has an in-depth banking knowledge and throughout her career has developed an appreciation of a range of banking products by understanding and meeting customer needs. Marielle has been responsible for product design, delivery and management as well as leading and developing successful national sales teams within both National Australia Bank and Australia and New Zealand Banking Corporation. Extensive knowledge of the banking space allows Marielle to provide valuable insight into the ways in which a digital property transaction environment stands to improve the way Financial Institutions and Practitioners work together in effecting property settlements for their customers. Marielle has a strong passion for customer innovation, change and consistent improvement and holds a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Monash University, Melbourne. Marielle was named the IT Innovator of the Year in the 2017 Women in Finance Awards.
