Simon has been Chief Executive Officer at Funding Options since 2019, spearheading its transformation into a leading fintech with the launch of its multi-award winning Funding Cloud platform, bringing much-heralded innovation to the SME finance sector in the UK. Simon has over 27 years of experience in financial services, having held senior posts at Morgan Stanley, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, RBS and was member of the founding team that launched and scaled Esme Loans (NatWest's digital lender subsidiary) before joining the Funding Options team.
His pedigree positions him well to continue to push the boundaries of fintech innovation and challenge the status quo, to the benefit of SMEs everywhere. He is hugely passionate about the company's mission to connect business owners to the right finance.
