Susie joined Tandem as CEO in 2021 and brings some 25 years’ experience in leadership roles in the financial services sector. She spent 14 years at Credit Suisse in strategy and operational roles, including leading Business Development for the Group across Europe, Middle East and Africa. She also spent 7 years with boutique trade and retail finance bank, BACB plc, serving as CFO and then as CEO. As an entrepreneur, Susie launched and ran a niche healthcare insurance product incubator.
Earlier in her career, Susie worked in corporate finance roles in the retail sector. She is a qualified Accountant and holds an MBA.
