Will is responsible to the operations at Loot app, the mobile banking experience built for millenials. His focus is to ensure operations scale as Loot grows - managing key supplier relationships, helping build an industry leading customer support team, and meeting all compliance, regulation and financial crime requirements. Will is a Chartered Accountant and brings 12 years of experience to the role. This includes debt restructuring and refinancing, including as a negotiator on the Lehman Brothers administration, whilst at pwc, and senior operations roles in the P2P lending and mobile banking sectors. He's also a cycle touring nut, if you fancy a boring conversation about panieers and bike frame strength.
